The Job People Limited is recruiting an Internal Sales Advisor for a client in Coleshill, with a plan to move to Redditch. The role centers on managing orders and enquiries from a shared mailbox and logging them on a call plan for follow up.

Joining a busy sales team, you will need experience in inbound/outbound sales, familiarity with a sales order processing system, and strong communication and networking skills at events to drive customer satisfaction.

Internal Sales Advisor

Location: Coleshill / Redditch

Salary: £14.15 per hour

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Advisor on behalf of our client based in Coleshill with a view of moving to Redditch.

Key Responsibilities of a Internal Sales Advisor

• Oversee the day-to-day running of orders and enquiries received via our shared mailbox. Including enquiries logging onto a call plan for further follow up.
• Ensure the service provided to current customers is of a high standard.
• Assist in the process of obtaining feedback on a regular basis for continuous improvement.

Requirements of an Internal Sales Advisor

• Sales experience in inbound and outbound sales environment.
• Experience of working within a busy sales team/environment.
• Previous use of a sales order processing system.
• Self-motivated, and ambitious with high standards.
• Excellent communicator written and verbal.
• Ability to network at exhibitions, customer events etc.
