Job summary

The Job People Limited is recruiting an Internal Sales Advisor for our client based in Coleshill with a view to moving to Redditch. You will manage orders and enquiries, log details, and follow up in line with a call plan, while delivering excellent service to existing customers.

Working Monday to Friday, the role is on-site in Coleshill with potential relocation to Redditch. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with sales experience and the ability to thrive in a busy team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in inbound and outbound environments.
• Experience in a busy sales team.
• Experience with a sales order processing system.

Internal Sales Advisor

Location: Coleshill / Redditch

Salary: 14.15 per hour

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Advisor on behalf of our client based in Coleshill with a view of moving to Redditch.

Key Responsibilities of a Internal Sales Advisor

• Oversee the day-to-day running of orders and enquiries received via our shared mailbox. Including enquiries logging onto a call plan for further follow up.


• Ensure the service provided to current customers is of a high standard.


• Assist in the process of obtaining feedback on a regular basis for continuous improvement.

Requirements of an Internal Sales Advisor

• Sales experience in inbound and outbound sales environment.


• Experience of working within a busy sales team/environment.


• Previous use of a sales order processing system.


• Self-motivated, and ambitious with high standards.


• Excellent communicator written and verbal.


• Ability to network at exhibitions, customer events etc.
