Job summary

Kooltech Ltd in Fareham is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to handle customer inquiries by telephone and in person, process quotations, plan deliveries and answer product questions. You will work within a branch team and may assist in the warehouse, including order picking and receiving deliveries.

You should be proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and ERP systems, and able to communicate effectively in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Experience handling customer inquiries by phone and face-to-face at a trade desk.
Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries by telephone and face to face at the trade desk, including sales enquiries, quotations, delivery planning and product questions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Assist in the warehouse as part of the branch team (e.g., picking orders, receiving deliveries, operating forklift).
Communicate effectively in a busy environment and support the team with a range of tasks.
Proficiently use MS Office tools and ERP systems.
