Blue Arrow in Staplehurst is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to grow existing accounts and win new business. You will build relationships, identify client needs and recommend products, with a proactive approach to enquiries and order conversion.

The role offers full product training, a competitive basic salary with uncapped monthly commission, a supportive environment and modern offices with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Executive, Internal Sales or Telesales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence making outbound sales calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Good organisational and administration skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within existing customer accounts.
• Make outbound sales calls to promote products, offers and new ranges.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert sales leads and take customers from enquiry to order.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity on the CRM system.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
