Confidential is seeking an Internal Sales & Account Management Executive in Northampton to join a busy team. The role focuses on processing orders, managing stock and supporting international markets with proactive, accurate service.

You will work with SAP and Teams, handling complex orders, forecasting stock and providing excellent customer care. Hybrid working is available after probation, with strong training and a competitive bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, sales administration or account management.
• Proficiency with SAP is highly advantageous due to system complexity.
• Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills.
• Confident telephone manner and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal sales activities and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Process customer orders and enquiries using SAP and AI-supported platforms.
• Monitor orders, resolve queries and manage back orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with external suppliers to purchase materials and products when required.
• Manage material creation, product information and master data accuracy.
• Oversee stock levels, inventory and forecasting.
• Collaborate with external sales representatives to support customer needs.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email and Teams for efficient service.
