Job summary

Rosslin Media in St Albans is seeking an Internal Sales professional to handle inbound calls from existing customers, take orders, and promote products. You will build lasting relationships and may perform some outbound calls to upsell offers, while maintaining accurate records and responding promptly to customer requests.

A background in a technical sales environment is helpful but not essential; a positive, proactive attitude and ability to hit weekly and monthly targets are preferred.

Internal Sales

A wonderful new opportunity has arisen in a highly reputable and well-known IT services business with operations in 16 counties.

Our well established client are looking for someone to join their long standing internal sales team.

The role will involve primarily dealing with inbound queries from their existing customer base.

They are looking for someone who can build relationships and increase sales with existing customers.

There is very little cold calling.

Someone with a technical sales background would be preferred but this isn't essential.
