Jobwise Ltd in Leigh is seeking an Internal Sales professional to build strong customer relationships and provide proactive support in a busy team setting.

What will you be doing as Internal Sales?

Working as part of a small and friendly team, you'll be helping customers with their day-to-day requirements while developing strong, long-term relationships.

Your day could include:

• Speaking with existing and lapsed customers and building strong relationships
• Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to customers
• Quoting customers and providing advice on products and availability
• Checking stock levels and suggesting alternative or additional products where appropriate
• Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas to obtain pricing and product information
• Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve any order issues
• Keeping customer websites updated with the latest product range
