Vickerstock is partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation to appoint an Internal Recruiter to join their talent team. You will own end-to-end recruitment campaigns across manufacturing and engineering functions, partnering with managers to attract and appoint the right people.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and HR information systems.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a range of functions and levels.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, agree recruitment approaches and develop job descriptions.
• Create engaging job advertisements and source candidates through job boards, professional networks, direct approaches and recruitment partners.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate the selection process.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment and selection.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring timely feedback and a positive experience.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities alongside the HR team.
• Develop candidate pipelines to support current vacancies and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor recruitment activity using HR systems and reporting tools.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction and continuous improvement initiatives.
