Job summary

Euro Projects Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter for a newly created role within an established manufacturing business. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across engineering and shop-floor roles, with responsibility for building a strong candidate pipeline and a positive candidate experience.

You'll partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn and direct approaches, and manage the candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in internal or agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering or manufacturing roles.
• Proactive sourcing of candidates using multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Regularly recruit machinists, setters, operators and other skilled roles.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of engineering candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn and direct approaches.
• Write engaging adverts to attract the right calibre candidates.
• Screen and interview applicants for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for hires.
• Work with hiring managers on current and future recruitment needs.
• Develop talent pools for future vacancies and monitor progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and employer brand.
