Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a well-known retail business to recruit an Internal Recruiter for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This in-house role sits in a busy Talent team and covers recruitment across Head Office functions including Finance, HR and specialist operations.

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, build relationships with hiring managers, and own vacancies from brief to offer, while delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Proactive sourcing and talent engagement experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced in-house recruitment team.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Head Office and specialist roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams and hiring needs.
• Proactively source and engage talent in challenging markets.
• Manage multiple vacancies at different levels and functions.
• Deliver a brilliant candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilise a range of sourcing methods for active and passive talent.
