Job summary

Confidential in London is seeking an Internal Recruiter on a 6-month temporary contract to support graduate, intern and apprenticeship recruitment. You will drive an excellent candidate experience through virtual and in-person interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to keep the process moving smoothly.

The role requires confidence interviewing at volume, strong organisational skills, and practical experience with ATS and recruitment platforms to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, early talent, talent acquisition, candidate experience or HR, ideally with strong interviewing experience.
• Ability to conduct high-volume interviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Familiar with UK Early Talent market and candidate-centric processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of virtual and in-person interviews during peak periods.
• Assess and score candidates using the recruitment platform with clear feedback.
• Support in-person final interviews at the London office during peak periods.
• Provide guidance to interviewing managers and coordinate interview activity.
