Job summary

Reed is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join their busy team on a 3-month fixed-term contract near Billericay with hybrid working. You will support high-volume recruitment for major retail clients, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and extending offers.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:00pm) with the chance to develop a career in recruitment, benefiting from a collaborative environment and employee discounts within Reed's jewellery retail operation.

• Review applications and CVs to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephone screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted applicants.
• Make verbal offers to successful candidates and issue offer documentation.
• Complete candidate administration and support HR handovers.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of approximately 120 employees.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About the Role

I am recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organisational and communication skills.

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. They will welcome applicants with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or team leadership who are looking to develop a career within recruitment.
