Job summary

Saga plc is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to own the end-to-end internal communications plan across the business. This hybrid role is based in Folkestone with at least 2 days per week in the office, reporting to the People Director and partnering with senior stakeholders.

You’ll lead the internal comms strategy, drive engaging channels and events, coach a small team, and shape messages for a diverse audience while ensuring alignment with Saga’s values and change

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal corporate comms, PR or marketing.
• Strong experience developing and delivering internal engagement strategies.
• Able to advise Senior Leadership teams on tone and messaging internally.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Saga’s internal communications plan for the organisation.
• Partner with senior leaders to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Lead internal comms for business change initiatives and transformation.
• Bring plans to life via engaging communications, meetings and events.
• Coach and develop a small team of internal comms and events specialists.
