Job summary

Saga is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for a 12 month FTC, hybrid role in Folkestone. You will own the end-to-end internal communications plan, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with business priorities.

You will lead a small team, influence Senior Leaders, and drive employee engagement through compelling communications across channels with a focus on change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal corporate comms, PR or marketing.
• Experience developing internal engagement strategies.
• Ability to advise Senior Leadership on tone of voice.

Responsibilities
