Saga Plc is seeking an Internal Communications Manager in Folkestone with a 12 Month FTC and a January start. The role is hybrid, combining home and office work, and will own the end-to-end internal communications plan across the organisation.

You will partner with senior leaders, shape messages for diverse audiences and lead communications for major business changes, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal corporate comms, PR or marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engagement strategies.
• Ability to advise Senior Leadership on tone and messaging for a diverse audience.
• Exceptional writing skills for stories, announcements and change comms.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver Saga’s internal communications plan end-to-end.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape messages for different audiences.
• Lead internal comms for business change initiatives and transformation.
• Bring plans to life via engaging communications, meetings and events.
• Manage and develop a small team of comms and events specialists.
• Partner with managers to support timely and helpful communications.
• Set direction for the team with clear, achievable plans.
• Ensure high-quality execution across all channels.
• Deliver colleague listening initiatives and feedback loops.
