Job summary

Xoserve Limited in Solihull is looking for an experienced Internal Communications professional to lead internal communications, change communications and storytelling that reinforce culture and improve employee experience.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage content across intranet, email and presentation channels, and shape comms plans for transformation initiatives to keep colleagues informed and engaged. Hybrid role with two onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver internal comms strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Strong change communications experience supporting transformation and adoption of change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communications aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with teams to develop effective comms approaches.
• Ensure clear, timely, audience-focused communications.
• Coordinate communications for Pulse Calls, All Hands Meetings and other sessions.
• Lead change communications for transformation initiatives.
• Create engaging content across internal channels.
• Gather colleague feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Support leaders with messaging and leadership visibility.
