Job summary

• Strong internal communications experience in a large organisation.
• Editorial judgement and ability to craft engaging content.
• Experience using AI and new technologies in content creation.
• Understanding of digital channels to improve colleague experience.
• Excellent project management to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead major internal comms campaigns, projects and events from brief to delivery and evaluation.
• Shape AXA UK&I editorial plan aligning business priorities for colleagues.
• Develop integrated communication plans across content, channels, events and leadership comms.
• Lead channel development projects with technology teams to improve functionality.
• Coordinate high-profile comms activity across audiences and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Strategic Internal Communication Business Partners and other specialists.
• Direct Content and Channel Specialists and Assistants, managing workflow and quality.
• Utilize insights and data to raise impact and engagement of communications.
