• Solid understanding of digital channels and audience engagement.
• Excellent project management to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major internal communication campaigns, projects and events from brief to delivery and evaluation.
• Manage editorial plans aligning priorities across business units and teams.
• Turn priorities into integrated communication plans spanning content, channels, events and leadership comms.
• Lead channel development projects with technology teams to improve functionality and impact.
• Coordinate cross-audience delivery with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Provide day-to-day direction to Content & Channel Specialists, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Use insight and performance data to continuously raise the bar for engagement.
