Job summary

Xeinadin Group in Manchester is seeking an Senior Communications and Engagement Executive to support production, delivery, management and measurement of internal communications during a period of transformational growth. You will craft messages, stories and campaigns to engage colleagues and align with business strategy.

The role emphasizes strong writing, relationship building and the ability to work across channels (emails, intranet, articles) while collaborating with teams to measure impact

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills with ability to craft clear, concise internal messages.
• Experience in internal or broader communications is preferred.
• A communications or marketing-related qualification would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of internal news content, sourcing stories and best practices to ensure a steady flow of timely content.
• Produce and publish content across emails, intranet, articles and presentations to communicate key messages and celebrate success.
• Align messages with business strategy, values and Xeinadin tone of voice; contribute to measurement and analysis of campaigns.
