Morgan Jones Ltd in Sittingbourne is recruiting an Internal Account Manager to join the busy sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, build lasting customer relationships, identify opportunities and manage accounts to drive revenue.

This office-based role offers £28,000 per annum with a quarterly performance bonus, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Ideal for someone with sales or customer service experience looking to progress in account management and business

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service with a view to account management.
• Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Promote products, services and new lines to generate sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support field-based colleagues with account development and hit targets.
