Soho House & Co. is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor for Soho Home Westbourne Grove. The role supports the General Manager, leads the team in their absence, and ensures a seamless, high-standard customer experience across store and members space.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven with strong product knowledge, capable of driving KPIs while maintaining visual standards and superb service. UK London-based, full-time.

Qualifications

• Understanding of sales cycle in design/interiors market.
• Ability to think quickly to resolve queries and issues.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Accountability and responsible approach.
• Warm and friendly manner.
• Confident working within a team and also individually.
• Leads by example.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Experience in furniture and international sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the Manager's absence.
• Lead morning briefs and drive the team to hit sales.
• Handle daily cash up and store closure when management is absent.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service with deep product knowledge.
• Work with management to drive sales and report KPI data.
• Ensure replenishment aligns with visual standards.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and prioritise customer needs.
• Support monthly stock counts with the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
