Soho Home Kings Road is seeking a Sales-driven Supervisor to support the General Manager in daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring seamless store performance.

The candidate should be enthusiastic, organized, and capable of working both in a team and independently, with experience in furniture and lighting preferred. This is a full-time position at our flagship store in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Drive sales through energised morning briefs and team motivation.
• Oversee daily cash up and store closure when leadership is unavailable.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service with product knowledge of Soho Home items.
• Collaborate with management to monitor stock and replenish according to visuals.
