Soho House is expanding its Soho Home retail team with a full-time opportunity in Central London. You will deliver exceptional, personalised service, share in-depth product knowledge and assist customers with tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end interiors or lifestyle retail store.
• A genuine passion for interiors, design, and home styling with confidence discussing colours, styles and trends.
• Professional, confident and customer-focused, reflecting high brand standards.
• Creative flair and ability to inspire customers with styling ideas and product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills – honest, open, and constructive – with customers and colleagues.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving retail needs.
• True team player, supporting colleagues and store culture.
• Experience in furniture and lighting sales is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty.
• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, professional support throughout their visit.
• Share confident product knowledge on materials, styles and in-store/online availability.
• Suggest suitable alternatives when items are unavailable to ensure a seamless journey.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.

• Contribute to daily and weekly sales targets with customer satisfaction as priority.
• Maintain knowledge of Soho Home brand, products and seasonal collections.
