Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, sales-driven Full Time Supervisor to assist in leading the team at our flagship Soho Home store and members space. The Supervisor will support the General Manager in daily operations, cover in their absence and ensure a seamless, second-to-none customer experience.

Requirements include a proactive, can-do attitude, prior Retail Supervisor or Senior Sales experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proactive & can-do attitude.
• Previous Retail Supervisor/Senior Sales experience.
• Ability to think on their feet to quickly resolve queries and issues.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Accountability and responsible approach.
• Warm and friendly manner.

• Experience in Furniture and lighting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading the team in the absence of management.
• Run morning briefs and drive sales.
• Handle daily cash up and store closure when needed.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Report data to relevant teams and monitor KPI performance.
• Ensure replenishment aligns with visual standards.
• Delegate tasks for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist with monthly stock counts.

The Role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised, sales driven Full Time Supervisor to assist in leading the team at our flagship Soho Home store & members space. The Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the space, managing all aspects in their absence and delivering a seamless, ‘second to none’ customer service experience.

Main Duties

• Supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager by leading the team in their absence.
• Lead morning briefs and empowering and driving the team to achieve sales
• Responsibility for daily cash up and closure of the store in the absence of the Management team
• Leading by example in demonstrating outstanding customer service and impeccable product knowledge on the Soho Home products as well as being an expert in Soho Houses interior design and style
• Working alongside the management team to drive sales and KPI’s, accurately reporting data back to relevant teams.
• Ensuring daily replenishment is up to date and in line with visual standards.
• Delegating tasks to ensure the successful running of the day to day store operations and ensuring the customer is always number one priority
• Support monthly stock counts alongside the team
