Job summary

New Way Recruitment LTD is supporting the search for an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager – Complex Care to provide decisive, compassionate leadership within a complex care environment. This is a key opportunity to stabilise services, quickly understand operational challenges and drive sustainable improvements with people receiving care at heart.

The role requires senior operational leadership, turnaround experience in neuro-focused complex care and a strong grasp of governance, quality

Qualifications

• Must be on the DBS update service and immediately available.
• Senior operational or management experience in complex care.
• Turnaround or service-improvement experience in complex care settings.
• Significant experience working with neuro service users.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, governance, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership during a period of service improvement and turnaround.
• Assess current operational performance, identify risks and establish clear improvement priorities.
• Develop and implement robust action plans addressing quality, compliance, staffing and operations.
• Ensure care delivery meets regulatory, clinical and organisational standards.
• Work with senior leadership to provide updates on progress, risks and outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and strengthen staff performance, accountability and retention.
