Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a specialist rehabilitation service for adults with complex needs, including acquired brain injuries. You will drive transformation, set clear expectations, and build a culture of accountability and high standards.

You will oversee day-to-day leadership, quality and performance, manage budgets and compliance, and develop managers and teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Turnaround experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Service Manager.
• Experience leading turnaround in care services, improving performance, culture, quality or compliance.
• Experience in rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, complex care or related specialist services.

• Lead and inspire a large multidisciplinary team.
• Drive a positive, accountable culture and high performance.
• Develop and coach managers and team leaders.
• Ensure highest standards of person-centred support and care quality.
