Job summary

Advinia Healthcare is seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to provide intensive, hands-on leadership and improvement support within our Scottish care services. The successful candidate will work directly with care home teams to stabilise services, address regulatory and operational concerns, and deliver clear, measurable and sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record turning around underperforming care homes.
• Experience with Large Scale Investigations and multi-agency partners.
• In-depth knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and Scottish framework.
• Experience responding to inspection findings and delivering improvement plans.
• Leadership experience in residential or nursing care.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, governance and risk management.
• Decisive, resilient, and highly visible leadership style.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site across Scotland.

Interim Turnaround Manager – Scotland

Advinia Healthcare is seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to provide intensive, hands‑on leadership and improvement support within our Scottish care services. The successful candidate will work directly with care home teams to stabilise services, address regulatory and operational concerns, and deliver clear, measurable and sustainable improvements.

Applicants must have:

• A strong track record of successfully turning around underperforming care homes.
• Direct experience of managing Large Scale Investigations (LSIs) and working with the relevant multi‑agency partners.
• Detailed and current knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and the Scottish care regulatory framework.
• Experience responding to inspection findings and delivering robust improvement and regulatory action plans.
• Substantial leadership experience within residential or nursing care.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, governance and risk management.
• A decisive, resilient and highly visible leadership style.
• The flexibility to travel and work on‑site across Scotland.
