Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee excellence across multiple elderly care homes. You will support Home Managers and the Operations Director on projects, quality governance and performance improvements to ensure safe, compliant and person-centered care.

Leaders with proven turnaround experience, a strong CQC understanding, and a passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding resident outcomes are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within elderly nursing care homes.
• Experience leading turnaround, transformation or service improvement programmes.
• A strong understanding of CQC requirements.
• Experience in quality and clinical governance, including audits, care planning and continuous improvement.
• Passionate and motivated about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• An energetic, committed and approachable manager who leads by example.
• An inspiring leader with the ability to engage, motivate and develop teams through passion, positivity and clear direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused support to homes, helping maintain high compliance, reporting and care delivery.
• Support Home Managers and Operations Director with projects including budget performance, quality, recruitment and performance.
• Collaborate with Home Managers and Regional Manager on turnaround initiatives.
• Contribute to development and delivery of marketing plans to promote homes and attract residents, staff and candidates.
