Are you an experienced ServiceNow Transformation Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex, enterprise-scale change?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global financial services institution embarking on the next critical phase of a major ServiceNow transformation programme.
This is a high-profile interim assignment, offering the opportunity to drive the modernisation of business-critical IT processes, eliminate legacy technology debt and maximise the value of a strategic ServiceNow investment.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the ServiceNow Transformation Programme Director, you'll take ownership of Phase 2 of a significant enterprise-wide transformation, leading the migration and re‑engineering of legacy processes onto a modern, standardised ServiceNow platform.
Working across a complex, highly regulated global environment, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how technology services are managed, governed and delivered.
Your remit will include:
Leading complex ServiceNow migrations - Driving the transition from legacy platforms to a strategic, enterprise-wide ServiceNow environment.
Transforming critical IT processes - Delivering improvements across Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Patch Management, Cloud Workflows, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Portfolio Management.
Driving process optimisation - Re‑engineering legacy workflows, reducing technical debt and leveraging native ServiceNow capabilities to improve efficiency and standardisation.
Managing senior stakeholders - Influencing technology leadership, IT Asset Management, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure and Risk teams across a global organisation.
Owning end‑to‑end delivery - Managing project plans, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, testing and implementation.
Embedding lasting change - Ensuring successful migration, stakeholder adoption and alignment with regulatory and governance requirements.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an accomplished interim Project Manager with deep ServiceNow expertise and a demonstrable track record of delivering complex technology transformation programmes.
You'll bring:
7+ years' experience delivering large-scale IT transformation, platform migration or process re‑engineering initiatives.
Strong, hands‑on ServiceNow knowledge, particularly SAM Pro, HAM Pro, Cloud Workflows, Flow Designer and enterprise workflow capabilities.
Proven experience migrating legacy processes and data into modern ServiceNow environments.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior technology and business leaders.
Experience navigating complex technical dependencies, managing delivery risks and driving organisational change.
Financial Services experience, ideally gained within a large, highly regulated banking or financial services environment.
PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL or relevant ServiceNow certifications would be advantageous.
Why Consider This Assignment?
This is much more than a traditional Project Management contract.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of a globally significant ServiceNow platform, delivering tangible improvements in operational efficiency, technology governance and process standardisation.
With direct exposure to senior programme leadership, a broad enterprise‑wide remit and genuine transformation challenges, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contractor looking to make a measurable impact.
