Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ITSM and ITAM projects. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in IT transformation and strong expertise in ServiceNow.

This contract position is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the office, and aims for a start date as soon as possible. Applicants must be UK residents with a valid right to work status.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives, including:
    • Planning and governance
    • Delivery execution
    • Risk and dependency management
    • Budget and resource control
  • Manage complex migration programmes across multiple IT and operational domains
• ServiceNow Transformation & Migration
  • Oversee migration and transformation activities across:
    • Software Asset Management (SAM)
    • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
    • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
    • Patch Management
    • Cloud Workflows
    • End-to-End process integration
  • Drive standardisation and optimisation of legacy processes using native ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with:
    • IT Operations teams
    • Asset Management and Risk teams
    • Infrastructure and Cloud Operations
    • Business stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Manage relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors
• Change Management & Adoption
  • Lead organisational change initiatives, including:
    • Communication and engagement plans
    • Training and adoption strategies
    • Operational readiness activities
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new ServiceNow-based processes
