Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead delivery of strategic technology initiatives in a remote capacity for an energy organisation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners from initiation to go-live.

You will manage governance, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing ServiceNow integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong background delivering ServiceNow implementations or enhancement programmes.
• ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM project experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems integration, ideally involving SAP.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and system integrators.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as Energy, Utilities, Transport, or Public Sector.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
