Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or HR Administration.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and current UK employment legislation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a professional approach.
• High levels of confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes and leaver processes.
• Act as first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with performance management, probation reviews, absence management and employee relations.
• Support development initiatives and engagement activities across the business.
• Produce HR reports and management information to inform decision-making.
• Ensure HR practices comply with employment legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
