Interim Senior Change Lead - Finance

We're currently working alongside a leading FTSE 50 organisation in their search for an Interim Senior Change Lead. The role will be carried out on a hybrid basis and will run for 2 years on an FTC.

Our client is currently undergoing a large-scale Finance Transformation programme. They are seeking a candidate to develop and implement the change management strategy for a key part of this transformation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience leading and managing large-scale finance change initiatives within a global organisation.
• Strong understanding of key finance processes.
