Interim Senior Change Lead - Finance

We're currently working alongside a leading FTSE 50 organization in their search for an Interim Senior Change Lead. The role will be on a hybrid working basis and will run for 2 years on an FTC.

The client is undergoing a large-scale Finance Transformation programme and is looking for a candidate to develop and implement the change management strategy for a key part of this transformation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience leading and managing large-scale Finance change initiatives within a global organization.
• Excellent understanding of key finance processes.
• Experience with tech-enabled finance transformation programmes.
