Job summary

Agincare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the Widmore Road Learning Disability respite service in Bromley. The role is a 3-month fixed-term contract to November 2026, 40 hours per week, with evenings and alternate weekends.

You will oversee operations, drive quality and regulatory compliance, and develop your team to deliver person‑centred care in a nurturing environment, collaborating with the Locality Manager to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager in adult social care or respite services.
• Experience in a CQC-regulated setting and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and management experience with staff teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding care with personalised support and evolving care plans.
• Drive quality and compliance, overseeing CQC registration and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff, ensuring clear direction and high standards of care.
• Safeguard clients, manage safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints, and drive continuous improvement.
