Job Description

An Interim Recruitment Partner to:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, utilising technology
  • Screen and shortlist applicants, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the property industry.
  • Partner with the organisation to look at succession planning and talent pipeline.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Recruitment Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the property or related sectors.
  • Must have exposure to client finance side of the property space
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
