Job summary

Macmillan Davies is recruiting for an Interim Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced hospitality business operating restaurants across the UK. The role offers £150-£170 per day via umbrella, initial 8 weeks with potential to extend, and a pattern of 4 days onsite with Friday work-from-home.

Start date ASAP. You'll provide hands-on administrative and project support to senior stakeholders, maintain project plans, trackers and action logs, and coordinate meetings and deadlines in a multi-site

Qualifications

• Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused.
• Experienced in Project Coordination, Project Support, Business Support, EA or similar.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A strong communicator with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Used to working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
• Experience within QSR, retail, facilities, or another multi-site business would be useful but isn't essential.
