Spencer Richardson in Scotland is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple hospitality projects from feasibility through to handover.
You will manage £2m+ projects across Scotland, coordinating architects, designers and contractors, while keeping programmes, budgets and compliance on track. The role combines office time with site visits and requires strong stakeholder management and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

We are working with one of Scotland’s leading hospitality businesses, operating an award-winning collection of bars, restaurants and hotels. As the business continues to grow, they are expanding their accommodation offering and delivering an exciting pipeline of new-build and refurbishment projects across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects from initial feasibility through to completion. With a number of projects currently underway, this is a varied, fast-paced role offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to influence the next stage of growth.
Working closely with Directors, architects, designers, consultants and contractors, you will ensure projects valued at £2m+ are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

We are looking for a confident and technically knowledgeable Project Manager with substantial experience delivering construction projects.
You will ideally have:
Experience within hotels, hospitality, leisure or accommodation would be beneficial but is not essential. Applications are welcomed from candidates with strong construction experience gained within other relevant sectors. A formal construction or project management qualification, such as RICS, CIOB or PRINCE2, would also be advantageous.
The role combines time at the office with regular travel to project sites across Scotland. The typical working pattern is three days office-based and two days attending sites and external meetings. Business mileage can be claimed.
