Job summary

Morgan Law is seeking an organised Interim People Change Co-ordinator to support the delivery of organisational change projects. Based in Barking with hybrid working, the role involves close collaboration with HR and change teams to ensure programmes are delivered effectively through planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.

This fixed-term contract of 12-15 months starts ASAP and requires strong Excel and reporting capabilities, plus excellent attention to detail and robust

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or HR projects.
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and governance records.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, milestones and change schedules.
• Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate governance meetings and record key actions.
• Produce reports, dashboards and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and documentation.
• Support consultation activity, workshops and manager briefings.
• Liaise with HR, Payroll, Systems and operational teams.
• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up outstanding actions.
