Job summary

Morgan Law seeks an experienced Interim People Change Specialist to drive organisational change programmes. You will translate change strategies into practical delivery plans, working with HR, managers and change stakeholders to ensure fair, people-focused delivery.

The role covers restructuring, consultation and employee relations with a 12-15 month fixed-term contract. Hybrid work is available with up to 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change, restructuring or workforce transformation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, consultation processes and employee relations.
• Experience supporting managers and employees through change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• The confidence to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organisational change, restructuring and consultation activity.
• Develop consultation plans, communications, presentations, FAQs and manager guidance.
• Coach and support managers through consultation and implementation processes.
• Conduct or support individual and collective consultation meetings.
• Provide practical advice on redeployment, selection and redundancy processes.
• Identify and manage risks, people impacts and implementation challenges.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Employee Relations, Communications, Payroll and operational teams.
• Analyse feedback and data to identify themes, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support transition, implementation and post-change stabilisation activities.
