Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) at London Stansted Airport is seeking an Interim People Advisor to support a People Partner in establishing the new Change & Integration function and embedding the integrated operating model. You will coordinate day-to-day people activity across the function and prioritise transformation programmes to ensure smooth BAU transition.

This role requires strong HR generalist or advisory experience, solid knowledge of UK employment law, and experience in organisational change.

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist or People advisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law, People policies and employee relations processes.
• Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, workforce transition or operating model implementation.
• Experience producing accurate role, workforce, consultation and implementation documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
• Confidence advising on routine People and change matters and escalating higher-risk issues.
• Experience working with programme teams, leaders, People colleagues and Trade Union representatives.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, pragmatic and delivery-focused with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Support the People Partner to establish the Change & Integration function and embed the operating model.
• Coordinate day-to-day People activity across the function and transformation programmes.
• Provide first-line advice on routine organisational change and employee relations issues.
• Document processes, responsibilities and hand-offs between teams and functions.
• Develop tools, templates and handover materials to support transition into BAU.
