Job summary

Morgan Law Partners Llp is seeking an experienced Interim People Change Specialist to drive organisational change across our client base in the UK. You will translate change strategies into practical delivery plans, ensuring fair and people-focused outcomes while collaborating with HR, managers and change stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change, restructuring or workforce transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, consultation processes and employee relations practice.
• Experience supporting managers and employees through change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organisational change, restructuring and consultation activity.
• Develop consultation plans, communications, presentations, FAQs and manager guidance.
• Coach and support managers through consultation and implementation processes.
• Conduct or support individual and collective consultation meetings.
• Provide practical advice on redeployment, selection and redundancy processes.
• Identify and manage risks, people impacts and implementation challenges.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Employee Relations, Communications, Payroll and operational teams.
• Analyse feedback and data to identify themes, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support transition, implementation and post-change stabilisation activities.
