Job summary

Bright Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Manager for a nursing home in the Birmingham area. The role, based on an interim contract and full-time hours, carries a salary of £70,000 per annum pro rata.

The successful candidate will lead with a hands-on approach to strengthen care standards, support the team and drive positive change, ensuring governance, quality and compliance are prioritised.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, ideally within a turnaround or improvement setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance and compliance.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience of managing nursing and dementia care services.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to implement change and deliver sustainable improvements.
