Job summary

The Miele Group in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, is seeking an Interim National Account Manager for Ecommerce on a 6-month fixed-term contract, hybrid working. You will drive growth with major ecommerce retailers and shape online partnerships for a premium brand.

You will collaborate with Head of Key Accounts and commercial teams to deliver sales, campaigns and product launches, while strengthening distribution and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience managing major ecommerce retail accounts.
• Commercial growth through national account management in premium brands.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen relationships with major ecommerce retailers to drive profitable growth and improve account performance.
• Deliver sales, volume and margin targets through account planning and negotiations while identifying new opportunities.
• Develop promotional campaigns, product launches and online retail initiatives with Marketing and Product to strengthen brand presence and maximise sales.
• Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets and develop plans supporting sustainable growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and competitor analysis to improve product visibility and customer journeys online.
• Lead product range reviews with key retailers to strengthen distribution and meet business needs.
