The Miele Group in Abingdon is seeking an organised CRM Manager to lead our CRM strategy for GB, driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention. You will own lifecycle journeys and coordinate global and local teams to deliver campaigns that align with commercial priorities.

We offer a salary up to £45,000 plus a competitive benefits package, with hybrid working options and an upcoming move of offices to Reading in Spring 2027.

Formación

• At least 3 years in a marketing or digital marketing role, with a minimum of 2 years CRM experience.
• Consumer‑focused thinking with a performance‑driven approach to deliver measurable results.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Business acumen and a commercial mindset are essential.
• Excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, communicates clearly and confidently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CRM strategy for Miele GB to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value through data-led lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns from strategy through build and localisation of email templates.
• Own and evolve lifecycle journeys: onboarding, activation, engagement, basket abandonment, win-back and re-engagement.
• Plan the CRM calendar balancing frequency, relevance and commercial priorities with health of programmes.
• Maximise customer lifetime value and retention through data analysis and insights.
• Define data acquisition strategy in line with activations from Events, Partnerships, Brand & Communications.
• Create and maintain customer segments for personalised communications.
• Define and monitor customer-centric KPIs with Global CRM team.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and Global CRM team to align plans with business priorities.
• Lead relationship with Global CRM team to align local market requirements with global strategy.
