Job summary

The Interim Network Manager will provide operational leadership and technical oversight of IT infrastructure, network services and digital systems across King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Boys and King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls and the KEC. The postholder will ensure secure, reliable technology services aligned with standards and priorities.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day IT operations, disaster recovery, and development of Microsoft 365 and related technologies,

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or equivalent professional experience.
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and device management experience.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure across multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with cyber security controls and patch management.
• Experience with IT service delivery and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of reliable IT services across two schools and KEC.
• Manage IT operations, support services and incident response.
• Coordinate resources, contractors and suppliers; ensure compliance with policies.
