CMA Recruitment Group in Portsmouth is seeking an interim Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to cover key priorities until year-end. Based at the Head Office in Portsmouth, the role focuses on employee relations, policy implementation and HR systems improvements across a multi-site organisation.

The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 5–7, strong HR generalist experience, and a proven ability to advise across diverse stakeholder groups, with travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5–7 qualified with HR generalist experience, ideally within a multi-site business.
• Strong background managing employee relations, investigations, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide pragmatic, professional HR advice to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel and adapt quickly within a busy, multi-site organisation.
• Proactive with a solution-oriented approach and a focus on organisational development.

Responsabilités

• Providing expert guidance on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary procedures, to ensure fair and consistent management practices across the group
• Supporting staff absence and probation management to drive engagement and efficient workforce operations
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies that enhance organisational effectiveness and staff wellbeing
• Collaborating with managers to improve HR processes, offering practical and professional advice rooted in current best practices
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives to promote continuous improvement within the Trust's educational environment
