Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an interim HR Manager to provide expert HR support across the UK, focusing on employee relations, policy guidance and change initiatives. This is a temporary 4–6 month assignment based in Hungerford with hybrid working.

The role requires strong HR business partnering experience, solid knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to coach leaders across multi-site operations. CIPD qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner/HR Manager or senior HR advisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior leaders across the UK business.
• Advise on UK employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Manage, or support, complex Employee Relations cases with independence.
• Support organisational change and business improvement initiatives.
• Coach managers to ensure fair and consistent people decisions.
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures.
