Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide professional, balanced advice and support.
• Proficient in HR reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop HR aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage employee relations processes including disciplinary, grievance, and attendance cases.
• Offer advice and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of reports on absence and other HR metrics.
• Collaborate across departments to address HR challenges in a creative and effective manner.
