We are delighted to be supporting a privately owned, technology business who are currently looking to hire an Interim Head of Finance to support them for an inital 6 months. Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial control and reporting for the business. With offices in Buckinghamshire the expectation is that you would join them onsite 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be hands-on with cyclical controllership duties; month-end, making adjustments, balance sheet reconciliations etc
• Manage a lean team; driving continuous improvement for less manual activity, greater efficiency and accuracy
• Support cash flow and working capital management, including inventory reconciliation and optimisation
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial analysis to support decisions

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable experience working as a Head of Finance or Financial Controller in an SME business
• Experience within a PE or VC backed business would be desirable
• Hands-on in nature and comfortable working in fast paced environment autonomously
